One of the HR principles in BIGH is “Awareness of the next job” and, in order to facilitate this principle, we have clearly defined career streams for all functions.
There are three basic streams in which employees can grow their careers – Technical, Customer Handling and Management streams.
Based on the career paths available, employees have an opportunity to decide the progression of their careers, subject to attaining necessary certification / qualification, the availability of the relevant position and their consistency of their own performance.
Employees can also fast track their careers by delivering very high levels of performance on a consistent basis, backed by the acquisition of the skillsets required for the immediately higher organizational positions. Such high performing employees are then identified and groomed for taking up higher responsibilities
